Follow facilitator in demonstrating generating a report and download CSV to utilize Excel (Generate a report  >  Click on the “Download CSV” link  > Click on the “Save” button to save the file to your computer > Select the folder you wish to save the file to). (Directions in the SEAS Manual under Reports)

Watch the Excel video at Microsoft.com > Training and Events  > Office On-line Training  > Excel 2007  > Get to Know Excel or locate the Quick Reference Card for written instructions.

 

Generate reports and download at least one to Excel utilizing the SEAS Quick Reference handout and the full on-line manual.
